I hope you’re all as excited as I am about the arrival of fall. It’s that magical time of year when the leaves start to change, and the crisp, cool air sets the perfect backdrop for capturing beautiful family moments. To kick off this fantastic season, I had the pleasure of working with the wonderful Garcia family during my Irvine Fall Mini Sessions. And here’s the twist – even though we planned for a golden field this year, our unpredictable weather left us with a lush green landscape.
The Garcia family is as warm and charming as they come, and their session was filled with genuine moments, laughter, and a pop of unexpected greenery. As a photographer, one of my favorite aspects of capturing family sessions is witnessing the authentic connections and love that families share. The Garcias radiated this beautifully.
For this session, we initially aimed for a golden field as our backdrop, which is a classic choice for fall photography. However, our unpredictable weather had other plans. Instead of golden hues, we were blessed with a picturesque green landscape that turned out to be just as enchanting.
